In the instance of further delays as a result of the Covid-19 world pandemic, the show will be rescheduled to a new appropriate date. You will be notified by the ticket agency you purchased your ticket through of the new date. Your existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. If there are any changes to ticketing arrangements/seating, you will be notified of these changes and alternate arrangements will be made for you.
Yes. All venues are required by Government authorities to adhere to strict Covid protocols. Protocols and restrictions are constantly changing but rest assured, venues will operate within these guidelines at all times ensuring that the venue is safe for you, our patrons, the artists and all crew.

If you are unable to attend a new postponed date, you will be given an opportunity to seek a refund. Note that there may be some conditions relating to the refund process and each city/ticket agency will differ.
Generally, you will need to apply for your refund promptly to ensure you are able to receive it.
There are no refunds permitted for change of mind or other personal circumstances. Refunds are only permitted where a date has changed, and you cannot attend the new date.
If the event is cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund.
Yes. If you held tickets to previous dates that were postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new dates. If there was a change of venue, you would have been contacted by the ticket agency who you bought the ticket through to arrange for new seating and/or tickets.
There are three ticket categories available and these are solely dependent on the venue you are attending.
The ticket categories are: general admission, reserved seating and VIP.
The VIP tickets come with a VIP package, the details of which may be found below.
Some venues are completely General Admission whilst others have a split General Admission and Reserved Seating. Here is a guide per show:
Auckland - Completely general admission standing/seating;
Perth - General admission standing;
Adelaide - Split general admission dance floor and reserved seating;
Brisbane - Completely general admission standing;
Melbourne - Split general admission dance floor and reserved seating;

Yes, all of the artists advertised are booked and scheduled to appear at this festival. The only variation is in Adelaide and Perth where the line up is limited to Blackstreet, Coolio, Next and All-4-One only.
The entire show runs for 5-6 hours. Artist sets will vary between 30 minutes to an hour plus. The Made In the '90s Festival is designed to give artists the opportunity to perform their full sets and showcase their careers rather sets which last 2-3 songs.
If you follow our events and posts on social media, you may find that there are many posts selling tickets, generally at a cheaper rate. Many of these posts will appear genuine and will usually state something along the lines of "I can't go anymore, selling three tickets cheap, proof of purchase available".
The reality is, 99.9% of the time, these are scam posts and if you are not wary, you will be fleeced of your money and will be left without a ticket to the show.
We do not encourage anyone to buy tickets in this way. These tickets will not be honoured and we take no responsibility with these types of transactions. We will do all we can to monitor our social platforms and delete these types of posts but there are many that go unseen due to the vast amount of them.
Please only buy your tickets from the official sale outlets, such as Ticketmaster, Oztix, Megatix and so forth. All of the ticket links on this page and on our social platforms, posted by us, are to official tickets.

Yes, you must be 18 and over to attend this show and have relevant government issued ID to show on entry. In some cases, there may be some allowances for minors to attend with parents and/or guardians, however, this is strictly on a case-by-case basis and a decision which is left with the venue entirely. You will need to approach the venue to discuss these arrangements.
Please note, there is no guarantee that the venue will permit this. You should also further note, that if you do purchase tickets for a minor, who is then denied entry, there is no option for refund on those tickets.
The decision of the venue is final on these matters.
